The Peg Perego Carriage system is a modern modular carriage and stroller. It includes a foldable lightweight aluminum chassis, a fully enclosed carriage bassinet with a protective cover, a reclining stroller seat and boot, plus an all-weather hood. A baby's needs change as they grow from newborn to infant to toddler. As a newborn, they need protection and comfort of the full size carriage. As they grow and mature, they need the support and convenience provided by a reclining backrest and stroller.
The bassinet complete with a full hood and protective leg cover, can be removed and also used as an infant carrier. The chassis can be folded without removing the bassinet or stroller seat. And once it is folded, it takes up little space. Attach the bassinet on the chassis and you'll have a classic carriage that is safe and comfortable. When you substitute the bassinet with the stroller seat, the Carriage System becomes a traditional lightweight stroller, with the seat facing you or the world. The stroller boot protects the baby during inclement weather. The full size all-weather hood protects baby from sun and wind. the four position reclining backrest provides firm support and a perfect bed for a nap.
Also included is the optional stand for bassinet with detachable tray for supplies.
